I have been with STARS for almost four years now. For the first two, I danced but then I decided I was getting old and left the spot light to my beautiful daughter. Where do I begin.... I've only been with you for one season, Nathan has been with you for many years, but it feels like I've known you forever. I've met soo many wonderful people and you are not extended family, you ARE family! Jackie, you are wonderful with the kids, you see the potential in every child that walks through the door, you take the time to find what each child's strengths and problems area and you work with them. You show them love, understanding and trust. These children are not numbers to you, you hold them in your heart and watch them grow with each year that goes by. My daughter and I have loved joining STARS dance studio! The atmosphere is always very friendly and calm, which is great for my daughter only being 4 years old. She looks forward to going to class every week. While she is there, the teachers are always upbeat and friendly. She is learning many new dance techniques each week, but she is having fun at the same time. We're excited to have found such a great studio and looking forward to seeing how my daughter grows with them ~ Sarah Carey
My daughter Sofia is two years old. She joined stars dance studio a few months shy of her 2nd birthday. In the beginning, Sofia was all over the place! She didn't participate much. Ms. Jackie was able to find what worked for my baby and now Sofia does really well. She participates with stretches and is learning beginner ballet moves. She will practice at home without being told and she loves going to dance class every Monday. She has seriously become part of the dance family in such a short amount of time. The love that Ms. Jackie shows to all of her dancers is truly inspiring. We have been very blessed to join such an amazing team and can't wait to see what the future holds for my baby girl as a stars dancer~ Lina izzary
I was honestly blown away! As a mother of a 4 year old I was scared to put my child in dance because of the lifetime show “Dance moms” I thought it was going to be something like that, all the moms competing, fighting, but I was so wrong. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My daughter Paige loves going to dance and as long as she is happy so am I. She looks forward to it every week and always has so much fun. The S.T.A.R.S. staff know what they are doing, they know when its time to be serious but they also let the kids have fun at the same time!
